Andrew leads the Advisory practice at Injaro, where he designs private sector-led strategies for multinational firms seeking sustainable economic transformation in their operational areas. With over 20 years of experience in consulting and project management, his expertise spans the defense, education, extractives, insurance, and media sectors.Andrew leads the Corporate Social Investments (CSI) advisory practice at Injaro. He is responsible for supporting multinational firms to deliver sustainable and impactful economic transformation solutions using private sector-led approaches.
Notably, Andrew served on a Pentagon-based Department of Defense working group to execute the National Security Personnel System (NSPS), a global project impacting 75,000 US Navy employees. Before joining Injaro, he was the Managing Director at Growth Mosaic, leading investment-readiness for SMEs through collaborations with programs such as the KIC (formerly Kosmos Innovation Center), the Ghana Climate Innovation Center, and Deep Dive Africa. A certified PMP, Andrew holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MA in Financial Economics from American University.
